What customer support options do I have?

ENACT provides a robust and growing list of Frequently Asked Questions and Video tutorials.

In addition to our Support Site your customer service options are as follows:

• Help widget located at the bottom left of your platform which allows you to search content found on our Support Site which can be viewed within the Platform itself or you can chose to view our Support Site directly.  
• Chat applet  located at the bottom right of your screen will allow you to chat or leave a message with our Support Team.
