How do I move from each workflow task or stage?

You move to the next workflow task by checking the box of the previous task once it is completed.  And once you have completed all of the tasks within a stage, click on the next stage.  For example, if you want to go to the Opportunity stage, you need to complete the last task of the Lead stage first.
