How to add 3D view video link of the site to your proposal template using Loom

Here is a Step-by-Step Guide on how to add a site 3D view video link to your proposal template:
1. Navigate to edit tab of respective site.
2. Once on the design page, click on 3D view.
3. Record a short video of the 3D view using loom.com
4. Now, on the proposal template that you use , navigate to the page which has the site picture , insert the tag {#t#AdditionalNotes#} right below the site picture tab & upload this proposal to your account.
5.  Navigate to the Finance Page of the Project.
6. Click on Publish Proposal & select the requisite proposal & once you see the notes taker tab active , copy paste the note 3D video loom link here.
7. Click anywhere outside the screen & wait for a message "Notes Updated".
8. Once you get the pop-up , publish the proposal & you will see the loom link displayed on the final proposal.
9. Click the link & you will be diverted to the 3D video of the site.
