How to add Components to a design

How to add Components:

  1. Navigate to the Design page and select Components from Additional tools, or press K.
  2. Select an Inverter or Battery. If hardware has already been selected for the design, its manufacturer, model, and dimensions, if available, will load automatically.
  3. Position and click to place the component on the rooftop, building side, or ground as required.
  4. As you move the component, it automatically snaps and aligns with nearby structures or components. The Clearance value on the right-hand-side shows the distance to the nearest structure or component.
  5. Use the right-hand-side options to move, rotate, or adjust the component's dimensions as required.
  6. Set Inter-spacing to define the distance between components. New components will automatically snap to the specified spacing.
    Please note: Components can be placed on tilted roofs with a pitch of less than 10°.
