How to determine savings?

Enact Home is a solar and storage monitoring platform to help users understand their system’s health and performance. Savings is one of the key metrics we show users.

To find your utility savings, log into Enact Home using your email and password. After logging in, scroll down to find “Your Savings.” The visual display is underneath your System Status and displays your savings in a green bar graph. Savings are calculated from your utility bills each month.

Above the “Your Savings” graph will be quick savings facts showing:

  • Your actual savings this month
  • Your monthly savings average
  • Your daily savings average
  • A comparison of your actual vs. estimated savings

The savings bar graph displays your actual savings, shown in dark green, and your estimated savings, shown in light green. Your savings will be shown in a dollar amount each month. At the top of the graph, users can click the drop down menu to view previous years’ utility savings.
