platform. We value our users and want to make sure your experience with out app
is positive. Solar energy is a significant investment and Enact Home helps you
monitor your system’s health and performance. That’s why we’ve made it easy for
you to let us know how we can improve Enact Home and make it even better for
you.
After logging into your Enact Home profile, the feedback
button will be at the top right of our platform. Click the blue button or the
letters “Tell us what you think.” to provide us feedback.
You will need to answer two questions to provide proper
feedback. First, we will ask you “How satisfied are you with Enact Home?” on
a scale from one to five, with five being the most satisfied. The next question
is a free response under the prompt “What's the one thing we should improve?”
You can type a message about how we can improve your experience on our
platform.
