How to use the Fleet View

You can view all of your sites in one place by utilizing Enact’s “Fleet View”. To access this, log in to your Enact account and click on “Monitor Fleet” at the top of the page.

From the left you will be able to see and filter on the number of sites Online,Customer Auth needed, Status Unknown, Invalid Credentials.Similarly , you can also filter on System Type , OEM & End Customer Access.

If a system is offline, this could mean a variety of things such as the customer has not given authorization yet, we are not receiving data from the site, etc.



You can search for a specific site on the search bar at the top as needed.

Once you click on the site name on the right, you will be able to dive deeper into specific metrics and performance data. Enact will provide you with separate login credentials to this fleet view website and this can be shared within your team.

Click on the OEM Name on the right to go directly to that specific OEM.
