Multi - Panel Selection and Move

Overview

The Move feature will help you to select a group of panels and place them at a different place on the same roof. 

This allows you to:

1. Move faster through your design process.
   
2. Easier selection and editing capabilities.
   

Here's how you can use this feature:

1. After filling the roof and placing the panels, navigate to the panel layout and select the move option.
   
2. Once selected, navigate to the design and select the group of panels you wish to move.
   
3. Drag and drop or simply press the up/down/left/right keys from your keyboard wherever intended and confirm placement from right hand side.
   
4. At any point if you wish to cancel, unselect the move option from the left hand side.

Note: Enact will turn the selected panels to red or yellow if placed near an obstacle or a setback. You will then be required to confirm placement, after which the remaining panels (not impacted by invalid positioning) would get placed on the roof.You can select and move a maximum of 500 panels.
